Each unit of the whole machine can separate and jion together , and will continued ringing during working. Urgent- stop device is adopted in every unit to insure the safety of the operator.

3.      所有传动辊材和齿轮采用优质钢，经热处理研磨或镀硬铬而成。

All the transmission rollers and gears are made from quality steel through heat treatment and grinding or hard-chrome plated

4.      整机各组设有机油平衡 装置，确保机油保持同一水平。

In line folder gluer for NTHX12 series flexo printer slotter manufactured by NANTAI INDUSTRIAL CO. 1.       采用电子喷胶装置，防止停机胶水固化，适应1—12mm厚纸上胶，上胶量方便调节。

Gluing unit

Electronics gluing device is adopted that can avoid the glue solidify. The machine can handle the gluing for paperboard with thickness from 1 to 12 mm. The glue volume is easy to control.

 

施胶量能自动适应机速的变化，涂胶均匀，上、下梁皮带速度可调到与开槽机速度一致或接近，防止堵纸。

The glue volume can apply the change of the speed of the production automaticly. The gluer can glue uniformitily. In order to avoid blocking paper, the belt speed of on and lower beam is synchronously with the speed of the slotting machine’s production
